Learn About Our Issues

Domestic and Sexual Violence does not discriminate against gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or social status. Victims and perpetrators can come from a variety of backgrounds.

One of the goals of KWRCC is to promote awareness and remove the stigma of being a survivor. By doing this, our community can help create a safe space for survivors to reach out, receive help, and rebuild their lives.

Create Change in Our Community

KWRCC was founded by a group of women looking to create change and we continue that same spirit today by welcoming each person without judgement, keeping their information confidential, and guiding clients through our resources.

There are so many ways to help our Kodiak Island Community and we appreciate every contribution. You can donate to our direct services, drop off items for our shelter or community donation room, volunteer, and more!
